zbaas Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the zbaas online gaming platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the zbaas.lat website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Account Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact the zbaas support team immediately.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for another person is prohibited.
• Required documents must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving an identity verification request.
• The mobile number and email registered to your account must always be active and your own.

Account Closure & Suspension

zbaas reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity is found.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in unlawful activity.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Approved Payment Methods

zbaas supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — instant transactions via mobile banking.
• Nagad — fast payments via digital financial services.
• Rocket — mobile banking service from Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — mobile financial service from UCB Bank.
• Bank Transfer — via major banks including Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposit Rules

• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

Welcome Bonus

New members can enjoy a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. A 20x betting requirement must be completed on the bonus amount — on the bonus only (the deposit is not included). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = completing ৳20,000 in bets will make the bonus winnings withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may use a bonus offer only once.
• There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus — see the offer details.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• The deposit must be confirmed before a bonus is credited.
• zbaas reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

General Gaming Terms

All games available on the zbaas platform — live casino, slots, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by specific rules. The terms of the relevant game provider also apply to each game.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Bets from rounds cancelled due to a server error will be refunded.
• Claiming winnings based on a clear misinterpretation of game rules is not valid.
• For sports betting, the official results of the relevant sports authority apply when determining outcomes.
• If evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found, the related bets will be voided.

VIP Program

The zbaas VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. The detailed conditions for VIP tiers are determined at zbaas's discretion.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Betting using manipulation, bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Organized fraud or syndicate betting.
• Involvement in money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Abusing bonuses using prohibited strategies or methods.
• Attempting cyber attacks or hacking against the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Right to Make Changes

• Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
